1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pitchish ("App"), operated by Pitchish Corporation, incorporated in Missouri, USA. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these User Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Pitchish aims to create meaningful connections, but you acknowledge that any interactions with other users are at your own risk. You are responsible for your safety during meetups. Pitchish does not conduct background checks on its users. We encourage you to exercise caution and report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.

 

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

By submitting content on the App, you grant Pitchish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

 

8. Termination

Pitchish reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the App itself. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the App's instructions.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Pitchish is not responsible for any interactions between users or for the accuracy of user-generated content. The App is provided "as is," and Pitchish disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
